RACIST NARRATIONS DEBUNKED

Ibn Al Qayyim Al Jawziyyah in his book Al Manaar Al Maneef fee Al Saheeh Wal Daeef page 101

And from it are the narrations disparaging the people of Habasha and Sudaan, all of it is lies” Like the narration, ”Al Zanj whenever he is full he fornicates and whenever he is hungry he steals”

And the narration, ‘Beware of the Zanj because they are the worst of creation” and the narration ‘ Don’t bother me about the Sudaan . Verily the black man (from Sudaan) is only interested in filling his stomach and satisfying his private parts. And the narration, He saw some food, so he said who is it for and Al Abbaas said it is for the people of Habasha, feed them. He said, Don’t do it! Whenever they are hungry they steal and if they are full they fornicate. And from it are the narrations dispraising the Turks. And the narrations dispraising the eunuchs, and the narrations dispraising the race of Slavic slaves . All of it is fabricated!”

قال ابن قيم الجوزية في المنار المنيف في الصحيح والضعيف ص ١٠١.

و منه: أحاديث ذم الحبشة والسودان كلها كذِب”. كَحَدِيثِ الزِّنْجِيُّ إِذَا شَبِعَ زَنَى وَإِذَا جَاعَ سَرَقَ وَحَدِيثِ إِيَّاكُمْ وَالزِّنْجِيَّ فَإِنَّهُ خَلْقٌ مُشَوَّهٌ وَحَدِيثِ دَعُونِي مِنَ السُّودَانِ إِنَّمَا الأَسْوَدُ لِبَطْنِهِ وَفَرْجِهِ وَحَدِيثِ رَأَى طَعَامًا فَقَالَ لِمَنْ هَذَا قَالَ الْعَبَّاسُ لِلْحَبَشَةِ أُطْعِمُهُمْ قَالَ لا تَفْعَلْ إِنَّهُمْ إِنْ جَاعُوا سَرَقُوا وَإِنْ شَبِعُوا زَنَوْا و منه: أحاديث ذم التُّرْك، وأحاديث ذم الخصيان، وأحاديث ذم المماليك: كلها كذب

Ibn Abdul Birr said,

” The narration that the Prophet may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him said, Marry to whom is compatible to you and beware of the Zanj for verily they are a deformed creation. And that narration is rejected and worthless. There is no origin/ root for it!” . Narrated by Dawood Ibn Al Mujabbir on the authority of Ummayyah Ibn Ya’la Al Thaqqafy on the authority of Hishaam ibn Urwah on the authority of his father on the authority of Aiesha. And this Dawood and Abu Ummayyah Ibn Ya’la are abandoned in narrating. And the narration is weak and rejected.”

قالَ ابنُ عبدِ البرِّ في كتابه التمهيد لما في الموطأ من المعاني والأسانيد ص 165

روي عن النبي – صلى الله عليه وسلم – أنه قال : أنكحوا إلى الأكفاء ، وإياكم والزنج ، فإنه خلق مشوه . وهذا الحديث منكر باطل لا أصل له

، رَوَاهُ دَاوُدُ بْنُ الْمُجَبِّرِ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ بْنِ يَعْلَى الثَّقَفِيِّ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، وَدَاوُدُ هَذَا، وَأَبُو أُمَيَّةَ بْنُ يَعْلَى مَتْرُوكَانِ، وَالْحَدِيثُ ضَعِيفٌ مُنْكَرٌ

In Kashaf Al Khafaa wa Mazeel Al Albaas Chapter 2 page 161

”Every pale skinned person is filthy except you oh Umar”

Saheeh Al Bukhaari Book of Ilm narration 109

Salamah Ibn Al Akwaa’ may allah be pleased with him said, ”I heard the Prophet may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him say” , ”Whoever says about me what I did not say, has got himself a seat in the hellfire.”
