The Lady of Heaven – The Actual Shia Perspective

The false narrative of Arabs being white or having the appearance of the Romans or Persians (modern day Iranians) and that black Arabs come from being mixed with Abyssinian slaves,  is not only perpetuated amongst today’s Sunni Muslims, but it is also promoted amongst modern Shia Muslims too.

The irony of this all is that historical scholars and historians from both Shia and Sunni schools understood that Arabs being black was actually the norm and the commonly understood.

Before any Shia decides to step forward to attempt to disagree with this, they should have a look at what one of the Shia’s greatest scholars , who died 601 or so years ago,  had to say about this:

:Bahāʾ ad-dīn Muḥammad ibn Ḥusayn al-ʿĀmilī, said in his book The Beggar’s bowl

And in the narration : I was sent to the red and the black which means, to the Arab and the non Arab because the    complexion of the Arabs is jet black and brown and the majority of the non Arabs is white and very white
